A 2 day seminar combining systemic methods and an accurate approach of leadership and teambuilding.

Participants broaden their view on current dynamics in their team, organization or company. This opens for more creativity and empowers inner leadership. A broader view creates healthier dynamics.

Systemic approach

We look at current dynamics in a team or organization and at our actions – the way we are involved -. We place this in a broader perspective and discover patterns in what is happening. This helps us to clarify our responsibilities and gives us information how to invite others to contribute and take their responsibility.

Topics

  • Support your team as a leader, not as a boss
  • Empower your mixed teams
  • Switch from hierarchy to autonomous teams
  • Reorganisation from a systemic angle
  • Selfcare vs responsability as an individual, team and management

Program

Starting point of this 2 day seminar is a modern and accurate vision on leadership and teambuilding.

Each participant is invited in a learning process through theory, body experiences, practical cases and self-reflection.

This allows integration of the systemic approach which transforms inner blockages and broadens our view.

Emphasis is the guidance of the directly lived experience.
